TAP catheters for colorectal surgery

In a retrospective pilot study of 27 patients we demonstrated that the addition of a TAP catheter block to a PCA postoperatively in laparoscopic colectomy patients leads to decreased opioid use, earlier passage of stool, and shorter length of stay
